Get a room will ya?

It seems that some of our youths today have no qualms in engaging in PDA for all the world to 'enjoy' and/or be disgusted about. They should make a law against this.

FYI, I'm with the 'disgusted' camp.

For those not in the know, act blur or just plain ignorant, PDA is Public Display of Affection.

You know, the act of not being able to keep their hands/mouth/torsos to themselves when they're with their girlfriend/boyfriend in public places? When in full view (esp in trains & buses) of gawking eyes; eyes trying desparately not to be caught looking; TODDLERS who asks mummy 'What are they doing? Can i try it with xxx?'!!!? You get what i mean?

Next time you come across PDAs, just flash them your home made sign:

"Get a room will you? You're making others wet* / horny* / disgusted* / puke* / want to join you* / a porn movie*!!"

*delete as appropriate or insert your own.

Something to mull over.

BTW, if you get pumelled (sp?), look on the bright side. At least you get your point across!

Solar Energy is FREE

Y'know how 'the-powers-that-be' recommend the use of energy saving bulbs, appliances & such? These things cost a bit more than the usual energy guzzling stuff. Yes?

Hmmm, good idea and I'm all for it until......

THEY RAISED THE xxx'ing ELECTRICITY TARIFFS!!!

Where are the 'savings' that were supposed to be making?

Why recommend ppl to buy these devices* (leading them to believe they can save $$$ in the long run) and then upped the tariffs?

AND why cant we use SOLAR POWER which is free & environmentally friendly?
Its HOT here. The sun beats down on you almost all year round!

If i could (i think the gahmen doesnt allow us to), i'd set up a solar panel right out of my sun-beaten window to get FREE power daily. Or better still, get everyone in my block to instal their own solar panels at the roof-top. Don't have to pay those monkeys anymore.

Wishful thinking but wouldnt that be something.
